EDT Lessons
At Hello EV we are the experts on Essential Driver Training (EDT). We offer 12 one hour preset training lessons taken in two hourly sessions designed to teach a learner driver the core competencies required to drive safely on the roads. The Nissan Leaf is an automatic car, with no clutch so you don't need to worry about the engine stalling.
The Road Safety Authority has made it mandatory that all new learner drivers do 12 EDT lessons before applying for your for your driving test . Just bring your EDT logbook to each driving lesson and we will sign off and stamp your edt Logbook .

Advanced EDT Lessons
At Hello EV we also offer an accelerated EDT package for people who already hold a driving licence from another country recognised for the driving licence exchange. You only need to take essential driver training (EDT) lessons instead of the l 12 lessons. If your country is not part of the exchange then you must complete the 12 lessons before you can apply for the driving test.
